Compensation data is broken out by manufacturing and service industries and by gross sales volume of reporting organizations. Base salary, bonus, and other compensation payments are tabulated and reported. Statistical data includes 10th percentile, 90th percentile, average, and median rates. Information is also reported on executive perquisites such as automobiles, club memberships, financial planning services, and other aspects of executive compensation packages. Additional statistical summaries are provided to show regional breakouts of compensation data; pay differences between publicly owned and privately held companies, and variances between corporate headquarters, divisions, subsidiaries and single unit companies.
