AAIM, The Management Association is a nonprofit association of Connecticut employers.
We are also part of a national network of employer associations representing tens of thousands of companies across the United States.
AAIM provides critical human resource information, support services, training opportunities and low-cost insurance programs to Connecticut employers. We are committed to being a recognized, cutting-edge resource for private and public businesses promoting growth and responding to the ever-changing human resource needs of our members.

AAIM’s membership includes manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, health care providers, utilities, banks, professional service providers, schools, restaurants, hotels and numerous other commercial enterprises. Personnel Forms
Many small organizations and newly developing ones cannot afford the expense of a dedicated personnel function to develop proper forms for legally recording all human resource activities. AAIM will assist your firm in developing new forms or will provide standard forms for all your personnel needs that comply with legal requirements. Members can download standard forms from the Members Only section of this website.
AAIM’s Education Center holds seminars, workshops, and extensive development programs at locations throughout the state and at members’ “in-house” facilities.
Wage and Salary Surveys

AAIM conducts annual state, regional and national wage and salary surveys to assist members in establishing and maintaining competitive pay rates for various job classifications and labor grades.

AAIM annually conducts a compensation survey for numerous executive level positions in the manufacturing and service industry sectors.
Personnel Practices Survey
AAIM conducts a national personnel practices survey and publishes the results in a reference work that is considered to be the most in-depth personnel information source guide available today.
