AAIM, The Management Association is a nonprofit association of Connecticut employers.
We are also part of a national network of employer associations representing tens of thousands of companies across the United States.
AAIM provides critical human resource information, support services, training opportunities and low-cost insurance programs to Connecticut employers. We are committed to being a recognized, cutting-edge resource for private and public businesses promoting growth and responding to the ever-changing human resource needs of our members.
Over 100 years ago, AAIM founders recognized the value of collective resources to solve problems, improve employer-employee relations, and increase productivity. Confidential, personal and professional service delivery continues to drive us forward today.
AAIM’s membership includes manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, health care providers, utilities, banks, professional service providers, schools, restaurants, hotels and numerous other commercial enterprises.
